Bob's Discount Furniture Sucks
Okay so the prices are good. I ordered and everything arrived fine. The customer service line is a BIG nightmare. Trying to get a human on the line sends you in a maze of menu's that are very limited and has no option to talk with a human.
This inadequate customer service line is poor judgment and can show that a company is scared of complaints and is not going to help you with any of those complaints. If I knew this before my purchase I would not of shopped at Bob's and expect that you exercise extreme caution before using Bob's furniture for your next purchase.
Update: So I had my sofa/couch for under 2 years and the top the the coach is starting to turn white. Unfortunately Bob's Goof proof protection plan is won't cover it because the terms are so limited it's worthless.

Horrendous truly awful customer service. I was excited about the sofa I purchased and was promised delivery yesterday at 11:45 am till 2:30 p.m. I waited around until 2:00p.m., and called in to check status and was told they attempted delivery at 12:50 p.m. to me at my three story brownstone. Funny, because I live in a five story low rise white building. So, they said they would re-deliver and it would not be long because they were three blocks away. After every hour on the hour I called to check in was told each and every time that they would be their in an hour, this madness went on until 8:30 p.m. when they finally arrived!!!!!
The moving men were surprised that I was on the fourth floor, even though I emphasized that when I purchased the sofa. Then they told me the thing could not fit through my door, and again I said I gave them the door size when purchasing. They told me that the sales people only care about making sales. This to me was a moot point because me feeling was they did not want to make the trek up my building stairs and to me if a Dante sofa at Bob’s Discount cannot fit through a regular size door I have no earthly idea how they can possibly stay in business.
Please stay away from this store. I am looking into my options about them, and will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I actually had a fine experience with Bob's. They delivered our new queen size frame and mattress within 5 days of ordering it online. They set eveything up in a half hour and were on their way and the bed has been perfectly fine since. Not to say that all these comments are false or anything. Reading all of these comments will definitely make me think twice about buying from Bob's though. I knew that there had to be something wrong with this place... now I know, Thanks.

I wanted to inquire more about Bob o pedic so i went to the Woburn MA store. There was a big fat lazy sales man. i ask him i want to see the bob o pedic mattress and he said to to the corner of the store if you find one we have it if not go look into other store and lesson keep your kids away from furniture. I did not said any word back to him and decided not to shop in BObs Furniture ever and keep my community and friends away from this so called Bob's Discontinue furniture

Since Bob's Discount Store opened,(years back),we have
purchased a bedroom set, three leather couchers and two
dining room sets. The furniture lasted a long time and
bought the couches only because they did last a long time
and we redecorated several times. NO problems and we are
happy with the purchasers we have made through 25 years.

The problem here is that people fail to use common sense and want everything cheap and so they get what they pay for. Buying used mattresses? are you on crack? you'll 100% end up with bed bugs. Inform yourselves and if a deal looks too good to be true it probably is.

We bought a living room set. All leather couches, etc. Within six weeks the couch was worn in. It’s the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. I have to put like three layers of pillows under my but just to sit on it. In fact I’d rather sit on the floor. We paid around 1700 for the set. I hate it so much I’ve thought about just bringing it back to Bob’s and leaving it in front of the store.
We also purchased a bedroom set. The foot board cracked within a few months, they replaced that. Oh and the delivery sucks. It took them three attempts before they actually delivered the furniture. I wasted about eight hours on my birthday one year waiting for them to arrive, they never did. The delivery truck was lost in a town about twenty miles from my house. I kept calling and they would say they were on their way.
I called customer service and they gave me a 100 dollar gift card, which I never used. I will never own anything else from Bob’s Discount furniture even if it’s free.
Go somewhere good to buy your furniture, do not buy from Bob’s. You get what you pay for. I learned the hard way and it cost me $3000-4000 dollars. Take it from someone who bought their top of the line furniture, it was not worth it. My wife wants to give the couch to my father inlaw. I won’t because I like him too much.

The furniture I bought was supposed to be delived tomorrow, and they want some one to be home to accept the delivery. I did took off tomorow just to get new furnitures. Today I called them to find out the timing and they told me that due to computer errors they forgot to put my furniture in truck and it cannot be delived tomorrow. How rediculious it that. I called the customer service and they were so rude to talk.

We purchased a Bob-O-Pedic mattress about 4 months ago. Customer Service was fine in delivering the mattress at the time of day that we asked. Delivery guys were careful and courteous. We love the mattress,so far. Our backs don't hurt anymore. Hope all this good sleep lasts for years and years. We're good with Bob's.

BOB has bed bugs...Have pic to prove it...They still wanted me to buy the mattress....Now I have to wait for refund when I didn't even pick up the mattress..They said it was not a bed bug but found out oh yes it is.........Why should I wait for a check when I paid cash thank go I didn't get the bed bug mattress............

To SMARTER PERSON BOB'S EMPLOYEE. What's YOUR defination of USED. Ours is is the mattress has been repackaged, plastic obviously cut, resealed with a heat sealer, mattress has 4 stains, one a 5" oval on bottom and 2 of the 4 corners are compressed and wrinkled from floor sample use.... IT'S USED!!! IDIOT!

SIMPLY STAY AWAY FROM BOBS!!!!
4 month of pure aggravation. BROKEN FURNITURE-BROKEN PROMISES-MISSED DELIVERIES-ENDLESS PHONE CALLS! I could go on for days. I could not deal with their antics for another minute!!!!!!!FINAL OUTCOME - TAKE IT ALL BACK!!! GET IT OUT OF MY HOUSE!! Bobs is unbelievably unorganized and they need to get their sh*t together!!!

Bonded leather living room set purchased three years ago has fallen apart. The brown "leather" covering on the pieces has severely peeled away leaving unsightly white patches. The furniture has been used very gently as there are are only three people in the household. This peeling has left flecks of leather on living room floor, stuck to clothing, etc. Quite disappointing.

Bob sucks ass we need to start a lawsuit against the company this company is getting out of hand the sales people are lying to us about the goof plan and robing us blind this is getting to critical mass we need action and less talking
