I'm not sure why you were banned but I only ban those who use the submission form to post comments about other status messages, comments about the site in general, or people who post extremely distasteful messages. If you don't do any of these then you should not have an issue and we appreciate your contributions.
There was a bug in the contact form that has since been fixed.
