Winning the lottery might give an intelligent person a jumpstart to begin a productive occupation OF THEIR CHOOSING - when you enjoy your work, it's really more like playing. And if it makes you money as well, it's double the fun. Or you could win the lottery, do nothing but loaf around, and watch it disappear in a short time until you have no choice but to work again.
