Eco-mania is almost always accompanied by extreme, arrogant hypocrisy. The world (except for me) must use less of its resources! Everyone (except for me) needs to ride bicycles and drive windmills! Everyone (except for me) must stop using electricity and taking showers and wiping with toilet paper! Etc. (gag) Makes me sick.
