Cannot stress enough that grammar is important. Capitalisation is the difference between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse and helping your uncle, jack off a horse.
There, I've added two full stops and the word 'grammar' IS correct. It's not Gramma or grammer. The sentence does not require a comma (if this is the punctuation you're referring to) because the word 'and' replaces it but one was entered after 'uncle'. Either way, I think it proves the point I was making.
