X Why do the guys at Footlocker get so mad when they can't force you to buy socks or extra shoe cleaner.

Haha, I work for Foot Locker (Champs Sports - owned by Foot Locker). Socks, Shoe Care, and Insoles are part of what they call the 1-2-3 program, and employees are required to sell two 3-packs of socks for every 7 shoes, 1 shoe care for every 7 shoes, and 1 insole for every 20 shoes.
