I'm just looking out for the little guy. There needs to be a proper work pattern with people getting enough breaks. Only then can the problem be beaten. Otherwise they will just crack under the pressure. One person doing the same thing hour after hour would mean their brain would get scrambled. If he/she is a hard worker though they might get poached by another company.
