So let me get this straight. Only a couple of years ago the mighty U S of A said "If you have weapons of mass-destruction and threaten to use them against us or our allies... WE WILL STOP YOU!"
But North Korea has had that ability and threatened to use it for decades and yet the mighty U S of A has done nothing about it. Not even when South Korean ships were being sunk by the North Korean subs. Well apart from invading a couple of countries that had no such weapons to begin with and had less chance of winning than the girl-guides.
So can you really blame North Korea for believing that America is all talk and no action?
